B2B / Professional Customer Terms

Trade pricing, credit facilities and bulk purchasing are available only after KB Stylish approves the business account. You may be asked for business registration, PAN/VAT certificate, business address, authorised purchaser details and trade references where appropriate.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated. Orders are subject to stock availability and written acceptance. A purchase order should state product, quantity, agreed price, delivery address, delivery schedule and authorised purchaser.

Trade prices, discounts, schemes and taxes are specified in the quotation or invoice. Any scheme, free goods, target rebate or promotional allowance has written terms, eligibility and settlement method. KB Stylish issues applicable tax invoices in accordance with Nepalese tax law.

Credit is subject to separate written approval specifying credit limit, payment due date, security, authorised signatories and consequences of overdue payment. No employee may promise credit or alter terms without written authority. Disputed invoices should be raised promptly, but undisputed amounts remain payable by the due date.

Please inspect deliveries promptly and report shortage, wrong items or transit damage within 48 hours for efficient investigation. This operational request does not remove statutory rights or remedies for latent defects, product safety, warranty or other matters that cannot lawfully be waived.

Business customers must store products according to manufacturer instructions, maintain batch/expiry traceability, avoid relabelling or making unsupported claims, and resell products in their original compliant packaging unless legally authorised otherwise. Products must not be sold after expiry or where safety or recall notices apply.

Returns of professional-use, bulk or opened products are subject to applicable statutory rights, product condition, the agreed B2B terms and any manufacturer requirements. No B2B term excludes a mandatory consumer remedy where the purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer.

KB Stylish may suspend further credit supply for overdue invoices, credit-limit breaches, suspected fraud or material breach after reasonable notice where practicable. Suspension does not cancel outstanding obligations or statutory rights.
