Customer Complaints & Grievance Redressal Policy

Contact us by email at kbstylish2019@gmail.com, by phone or WhatsApp on 9801227448, through our Help & Support page or at a KB Stylish outlet. Please include your name, contact details, order or booking ID, the type of complaint, a description, the resolution you want and any supporting evidence.

Every complaint is logged in a central register and assigned a case number. We send a prompt acknowledgement with the case number and when to expect the next update.

The assigned grievance officer reviews order and payment records, the product listing, dispatch proof, staff notes, service records, photographs and relevant communications. We provide a reasoned written decision within the period required by the E-Commerce Act and applicable rules, and in any case within 15 days where the law requires it. We aim to resolve ordinary complaints well before that deadline.

If you are dissatisfied, the complaint may be escalated to the Customer Care Manager and then to a designated senior management officer. You retain the right to approach the competent government authority or legal forum.

We keep a secure register of each complaint: date received, issue, category, responsible team, evidence, action taken, any refund or replacement, response date, closure date and root cause. Management reviews recurring issues monthly and implements corrective actions.

You will not be penalised for raising a genuine complaint or exercising statutory rights. Our staff will not threaten, intimidate or publish a complainant’s personal details.
