Marketplace Seller & Service-Provider Standards

Before onboarding, we obtain and verify business identity, registration, PAN/VAT details where applicable, address, authorised representative, product category permissions and bank/payment settlement details. We re-verify when documents expire or material details change.

Sellers must provide accurate product or service descriptions, images they are authorised to use, stock availability, MRP/price, taxes, delivery commitments, warranty, return terms, safety warnings and relevant licence or registration information.

Sellers must not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, expired, recalled, unsafe or unlawfully imported products. They must retain purchase/import invoices and batch traceability and cooperate with audits, complaints and recalls.

Sellers must meet confirmed delivery times, package goods safely, provide accurate tracking and respond to complaints within KB Stylish’s required service levels. KB Stylish clearly identifies the seller and the party responsible for fulfilment and after-sales service.

Commission, platform fees, withholding/tax treatment, settlement cycle, returns reserve, chargebacks and reconciliation are governed by a separate signed seller agreement. No deduction is made without a contractual or legal basis.

KB Stylish may remove a listing, pause transactions, withhold disputed settlement amounts where contractually and legally permitted, or suspend a seller for suspected fraud, repeated complaints, unsafe products, counterfeit goods, regulatory non-compliance or breach of contract. Sellers are given a fair process where practicable.

Sellers may use buyer information only to fulfil the relevant order or service and meet legal obligations. They must not export customer lists, send unrelated marketing, sell personal data or retain it longer than necessary, and must report suspected data incidents immediately.
