We do not collect GPS or precise location data. The KB Stylish mobile app does not request location permission at all. The only location-related information we hold is the delivery address you type in yourself when placing an order, and the coarse, city-level region implied by your IP address in standard web server logs.

The only third parties who receive your data are the service providers described in 3.2 — our payment gateways (Khalti, NPX), our hosting and database provider, our email and push-notification delivery services, and delivery partners — and each receives only the minimum needed to perform that specific task.

5A. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your KB Stylish account at any time, directly in the mobile app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account. Deletion takes effect immediately.

When you do, we permanently remove your name, profile photo, bio, saved delivery addresses, phone number, date of birth, shopping cart and notification device registrations, and your login is disabled for good.

We are legally required to retain records of completed orders and payments under Nepali accounting and tax law. We keep those for 7 years with your name and contact details stripped out so they can no longer be linked to you, then destroy them. Reviews you posted remain visible to other shoppers but are re-attributed to “Deleted User”.

Vendor and stylist accounts are closed by our team instead, so that any outstanding payouts and confirmed bookings can be settled first. Full details, including how to delete your account without the app installed, are on our Account Deletion page.

6. Financial and Payment Information

We take your financial security seriously. When you provide us with payment details—whether credit card information or bank account numbers—these transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We use your financial information strictly for completing the transactions you initiate and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and anti-fraud regulations. We do not store your payment information for longer than necessary to complete the transaction, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Permissions and Device Access (Mobile App)

The KB Stylish mobile app requests only the permissions listed below. It does not access your contacts, read your SMS messages, or track your location.

• Camera: Only so sellers can photograph products they are listing. We never access the camera in the background.
• Photo library: Only to let you pick an image for a product listing or your profile. We read only the images you explicitly choose.
• Face ID / fingerprint: Used solely to unlock the app on your own device. Your biometric data never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to or stored by us — the device only tells the app whether the check passed.
• Notifications: To send you order updates and booking reminders. We store an anonymous device token so we can deliver these; it is deleted when you disable notifications or delete your account.

You may grant or revoke any of these at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission only disables the specific feature that needs it.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and provide personalized content. Cookies help us recognize your device, store preferences, and analyze web traffic patterns.
