Promotions, Discounts, Gift Cards & Loyalty Terms

Each campaign shows its start and end date, eligible products or services, participating outlets or locations, minimum spend, how the discount is calculated, stock limitations, exclusions and redemption method. Original or reference prices are genuine and not manipulated.

Unless a campaign expressly permits stacking, promotions cannot be combined. Any restriction is disclosed before checkout and does not defeat a statutory entitlement.

Codes are valid only during the stated period and for the stated customer, product, channel or minimum spend. Codes may not be sold, transferred or used fraudulently. If a code fails due to a platform error, contact customer care before completing payment.

Before sale, we display the value, validity period, redemption locations, excluded services, transferability and treatment of lost or damaged codes. We do not impose undisclosed fees.

We display how points are earned, redeemed, adjusted and whether they expire. Changes to the programme are notified in advance where practicable. Accrued customer value is not removed arbitrarily, except for fraud, error or a clearly disclosed lawful rule.
