Product Safety, Authenticity & Recall Notice

KB Stylish takes reasonable steps to list products with accurate names, descriptions, sizes, ingredients or specifications where available, usage directions, warnings, MRP/price, importer or manufacturer details and batch or expiry information where applicable and required.

Please read and follow the product label and manufacturer instructions, perform any recommended patch test, avoid use on irritated or damaged skin or scalp unless the directions expressly allow it, and keep products away from children. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if a serious reaction occurs.

If you suspect a product is counterfeit, tampered with, expired or materially different from its description, stop using it and contact us on 9801227448 or kbstylish2019@gmail.com with photographs, invoice and batch details. We will investigate with the supplier or importer and take appropriate action.

If we become aware of a product safety issue or recall, we will take appropriate steps, which may include suspending sales, notifying affected customers, coordinating return or collection, refund or replacement, and cooperating with competent authorities.

Our product descriptions and staff do not claim that cosmetics or salon products diagnose, prevent, cure or treat diseases unless the product is lawfully authorised for that purpose and the claim is permitted. Professional advice is not a substitute for medical advice.
